The Old Carnegie Library in Mt. Vernon Square

Columns & Coffee is a monthly social sketching excursion led by the L’Enfants, the emerging architects branch of the ICAA-WMA. Anyone with an interest in sketching and/or connecting with other artists and architects are encouraged to attend. This month’s outing will be at the old Carnegie Library, current home of the Historical Society of Washington, DC. Participants will have the opportunity to sketch the interior or (weather-permitting) the exterior. Participants should be prepared to bring their own materials. Everyone should expect to meet at La Colombe Coffee Roasters at 6th and I St NW at 10am. We will be sketching for about 2.5-3 hours, but people are welcome to come and go as necessary.
