Richmond Field Trip!

This November, instead of hosting our normal Columns & Coffee, the L’Enfants are coordinating a very special field trip to Historic Richmond. Similar to our tour of Annapolis last year, we’ll be visiting numerous sites, including the state capitol, the Branch Museum of Architecture & Design, and the Jefferson Hotel. In addition, we will have the chance to view some of the monuments along the famous Monument Avenue. The fee for this event covers admission to the museums but participants should bring money for lunch and an afternoon snack. Also, be sure to bring good walking shoes and a camera and/or sketchbook.

We will gather at the Richmond Capitol Visitors’ Center at 9:30 am. Registration for this event will close on Thursday, November 14th, but guests are strongly encouraged to RSVP earlier in order to better coordinate transportation and tours.
