Columns & Coffee is a monthly social sketching excursion led by the L’Enfants, the emerging architects branch of the WMA ICAA.  Anyone with an interest in sketching and/or connecting with other artists and architects is encouraged to attend.

This month, we will be sketching the historic Carnegie Library in Mt. Vernon Square.  The building’s current occupant, the Historical Society of Washington DC, will be hosting a tour that our participants my wish to attend before sketching (please register in advance at Eventbrite).  Participants should bring their own materials.

We will meet at the West Wing Cafe located at 920 Massachusetts Ave. NW at 10:45 am.  We will be touring/sketching for about 2.5 – 3 hours, but people are welcome to come and go as they please.  Please not the start time is different than usual, to accommodate those who wish to join the tour.
